The Situation:

On paper you're doing the right things — the gym, the work, maybe therapy. But after your relationship ended, something in you didn't come back online.

The grief never cleared. Dating feels foreign. And deep down, you still feel empty.

The harder you try to create a new life, the more hollow you feel.

And there’s a creeping question… is this really all there is?

Your Current Approach:

You've probably been trying to PERFORM your new life and build it from the outside in: the goals, the schedule, and everything you think you SHOULD control.

But there’s an inner misalignment — and it probably didn't start with the divorce…

The Problem:

You’re doing “all the right things” but you’re misaligned. You’re detached from yourself. Most men are…

Most men never had permission to be fully human — spontaneous, emotional, animal.

Instead, you learned to:

  • Manage instead of connect

  • Perform instead of experience

  • Avoid instead of lead through distress

  • And strive, strive, strive for a dream life (that won’t arrive if you’re striving)

This misalignment is why the wrong relationships feel right, and why the right relationships fall apart. It contributed to the death of your relationship, and it jeopardizes your next one too.

You need to do something different.

You need an approach that goes beyond goal setting and turns you inward, to the source of issues — and your power.

The New Reality:

When you align internally, everything downstream shifts:

  • Your sense of self is unconditional and centered. It stops depending on your output.

  • Emotions flow through instead of pooling; grief releases and fades away

  • You feel gratitude, ease, and power — even when things are difficult

  • You make things happen, instead of chasing and never arriving.

  • Women want you — and you meet their energy with confidence instead of hunger or fear

The Path:

This type of coaching works with the body and the present moment to do what therapy often can’t:

  • Releases stored trauma (without rehashing the stories behind it)

  • Illuminates the drivers behind your actions and empowers change

  • Reframes your split and creates a healthy narrative for moving forward

  • Builds relational skills and exceptional emotional intelligence

  • Unlocks creative energy for better sex, joy, and contentment

Regardless of how you feel now — regardless of your history, shame, or hidden beliefs of inadequacy  — this reality is possible. In fact, it’s your birthright.

Let divorce be your turning point into something greater…

The Coach:

Hey. I'm Jack Bohannan.

I was blown apart by my own divorce

What rebuilt me wasn't more discipline. It was years in men's circles, meditation, and learning to feel what I'd spent my life avoiding and managing. It was doing my own deep work — including with addiction and my mental health — and discovering there was a version of me.

I became a certified Somatica sex and relationship coach, in addition to spending a decade sitting with men in their relationship issues. I believe we need a new paradigm for “maleness” — one that releases men (and the whole world) from the suffering and limitation we've been handed and told to call strength.

Honestly, being blown apart could be the best thing that ever happened to you

90 Days of Inner Work

The Inner Work is a 90-day container for men ready to transform their relationship to themselves and women.

It’s not therapy or another course to half-finish; it’s guided, one-on-one work that changes how you operate from the inside out.

You get nine 75-minute sessions to use across 90 days, plus direct support between them by text and voice over WhatsApp — so the work doesn't stop when the call ends.

This is deep, experiential, body-based work, paced to your life.

In Five Years, You’ll Be... Someone

What you do now will determine who that guy is.

We’ve all met the dry-eyed divorcee who never got himself back from the pain, resentment, and broken identity.

And you’ve seen men accelerate their lives after a breakup, too — into new adventures, a better partnership, and a truer version of themselves.

Let's ensure you're the second guy — living a fuller life than ever before.
